1. Information for New Students
Entering professional education is a significant milestone for students and their families. To ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted healthcare access on campus, all newly admitted students are required to complete essential health documentation.
Mandatory Requirements for New Students
- Submission of Medical History Questionnaire
- Consent to Treat Form (mandatory for students below 18 years and recommended for all students)
- Parent/Guardian signature where applicable
These forms enable the Health Centre to provide immediate care in case of illness or emergency. While maintaining strict medical confidentiality, the Institute is always open to discussing general healthcare policies and procedures with parents and guardians.
2. On-Campus Health Services
The IPHH Rural Community Health Centre functions as a day-care medical facility, providing first aid, basic treatment, and outpatient services to students throughout the year.
