The Institute of Public Health & Hygiene (IPHH), New Delhi marked World No Tobacco Day 2025 on 31st May with impactful awareness initiatives aimed at promoting a tobacco-free lifestyle.
Students from various academic programs actively participated alongside faculty and staff in informative speeches and creative presentations highlighting the harmful effects of tobacco use. A vibrant Poster-Making Competition further encouraged students to express their views on tobacco control and healthy living. The event concluded with a collective pledge to stay tobacco-free and spread awareness within the community. Through such initiatives, IPHH continues to reinforce its commitment to public health education and preventive healthcare, inspiring students to become responsible health advocates and promote a healthier, smoke-free future for all.
